Your primary responsibility is simple:

Create conversations that turn into mortgage applications.

You will be working:

Our database of past clients and existing leads Warm and aged opportunities Referral relationships and inbound interest This is a high-activity, front-line role . Not marketing. Not passive follow-up. This is where pipeline is created. What You'll Be Doing Daily outbound calls and texts to past clients and leads Re-engaging conversations around refinance, purchases, and life changes Building rapport and identifying opportunity Guiding prospects into completing a loan application Collecting initial supporting documents Setting up clean handoffs to our processing team Once the application is in: 👉 Your team takes over and runs the loan process Your job is to create and capture the opportunity and build relationships.
