VP/Commercial Loan Officer

Dixon, CA We're looking for a Commercial Loan Officer to join our Ag Lending team! Responsibilities Include Generate new loan opportunities from both existing portfolio clients and outside sources Originate and renew Agribusiness Operating Lines and Loans, Equipment Finance as well as Owner Occupied Agribusiness related Real Estate Loans Evaluate annual crop production plans and budgets Compile loan package and facilitate negotiation of loan structure with applicants, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms Review applicant financial status, credit and collateral evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan after receiving application back from Credit Services department Prepare and present credit analysis and recommendations on agribusiness borrowing requests; demonstrate sound judgment in recommending loans for approval or declination Proficient in reading and developing ag budgets and ag financial statements required Monitor portfolio for quality, risk, and adherence to Bank policy and agribusiness lending best practices Work closely with Agribusiness Banking Leadership and Credit Administration to ensure sound portfolio management, client introductions and timely resolution of issues. Maintain active involvement in community organizations and activities, including those related to the Agribusiness community What You'll Need to be Successful Communication

Pay Range (Salary): $115,000.00
