What We DoTypically found in a branch/office setting where the assistant is providing support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. May provide general support for a team, or partner with an escrow officer. Primarily focused on residential transactions.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.

Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes

Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow

Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues

Communicates information to responsible parties

May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members

May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure High School diploma or equivalent

4+ years experience directly related experience

Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

(KSAs) Broad experience with escrow transactions

Strong customer service skills

Problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of MS Office suite

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

Strong detail orientation

Ability to analyze, compare, interpret and process data

Strong knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Pay Range:

$23.37 - $31.14 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
