Job Description
Redwood Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Coordinator I to support our lending departments by managing post-closing documentation, member inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and business loan processes.

Skill in the operation of a personal computer with word processing and spreadsheet software and Internet and intranet access.
Ability to operate Internet based loan origination software.
Ability to coordinate a variety of activities simultaneously and prioritize work.
Ability to act independently and confidentially, using discretion and tact.
Ability to effectively operate a telephone system.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships within a diverse group of people, including vendors and other Credit Union team members.
Ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions.
Ability and desire to work in and contribute to a team environment.
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in the lending industry or related field.

o Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and interoffice memoso Set up and scan loan files for electronic imagingo Print and mail mortgage disclosures per regulatory timelineso Process incoming loan documents and checks for payoffso Maintain organized loan files and vault recordso Schedule delivery/pickup of loan packageso Prepare and submit quality control audit fileso Manage office supplies and storage logso Process re-conveyances and demand statementsMember & Team Support:

Compensation:
Base starting range: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
