This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in exceptional customer service, and enjoys working alongside experienced escrow professionals. Responsibilities Assist Escrow Officer with residential resale, refinance, and related escrow transactions from opening through closing. Prepare opening packages and escrow documents. Order payoffs, HOA documents, demands, and other transaction-related items. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies. Manage transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions. Prepare closing documents and assist with funding and recording. Provide outstanding communication and customer service throughout the transaction. Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of recent California escrow experience is required. Strong understanding of the escrow process from opening through closing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
