Entry-Level Escrow Assistant / Escrow Coordinator

Urban Escrow Services is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Escrow Assistant / Escrow Coordinator for our Tustin office. This position will support our escrow team with daily administrative tasks, file organization, client communication, and transaction coordination throughout the escrow process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders. No escrow experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the real estate and escrow industry.

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
