Mortgage Loan Closer The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

40 What You'll Be Doing Primary responsibility is clerical support to the Real Estate Loan Closing Team but may be responsible for coordinating and completing the accurate and timely closing of some equity loans ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. May coordinate loan fundings with external third parties on some loans and request wire transfers upon clearance of conditions. Retrieves and documents receipt of all original executed closing documents from settlement agents. Documents receipt of cashier's checks from settlement agents and delivers to appropriate department for posting in a timely manner. Documents delivery of original collateral package to the RE Servicing team. Oversees and completes the accurate and timely closing and funding of equity loans, ensuring all requirements, policies, procedures and settlement timelines are met. When funding equity loans, reviews files in a timely manner to verify title opinions are clear, verify signatures match borrower names, and confirm closing assigned conditions are received and satisfactory Maintains proactive communication with RE Operations and Servicing teams as well as settlement agents to promote positive business relationships. Advises all parties of any changes or issues that may occur to ensure high quality standards and Member service are met. Ensures the successful transfer of accurate data during loan boarding for Symitar serviced loans, ensures data input is accurate. Follows up on any deficiency requests by Post-Closing in a timely manner Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
