Responsibilities include:
Building relationships with members, Realtors, builders, and referral sources. Identifying mortgage solutions that meet members' financial needs. Educating borrowers on mortgage programs and lending options. Managing applications from initial inquiry through closing. Providing exceptional member service throughout the lending process. Remaining informed on market conditions and industry regulations. Qualified Candidates Will Have One year of mortgage origination experience OR two years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or closing. Experience managing and processing mortgage files. Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, MSHDA, and DU technology. Active NMLS Registration Strong communication, sales, and relationship-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Associate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred. Must be bondable.
