Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to support our escrow officers in processing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process escrow orders, including data entry and document preparation Assist with scheduling signings and communicating with clients, lenders, and agents Review and prepare escrow instructions and closing documents Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and files throughout the transaction lifecycle Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate industry is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and advancement
