Grow Your Career in Escrow As an Escrow Assistant II, you'll play a key role in supporting complex transactions and ensuring a smooth, compliant process for clients. What You'll Do Prepare and review documents for residential, national, or commercial transactions Analyze escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and title commitments Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth closings Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files Assist with payoffs, balancing, wire transfers, and recordings Support training of entry-level staff What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in escrow or a related role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software Ability to support and mentor junior team members Employee Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plans with company match Generous paid time off and holiday Professional development and training opportunities
