Over the years, we have grown into a multi-location operation supporting residential, commercial, and national real estate transactions across several states. Our team is committed to delivering reliable service, accurate execution, and a smooth closing experience for every client we serve. Position Summary We are seeking an Escrow Officer I to join our team and help manage real estate transactions from opening through closing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational escrow or real estate experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. What You'll Do Manage residential, commercial, and national escrow transactions from start to finish. Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements. Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and other transaction parties. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with contractual requirements and applicable regulations. Perform notary duties and represent the company in a professional manner. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
