Job Description

Overview This role is responsible for originating and managing residential loan relationships while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the bank's growth in the community. Responsibilities Processing residential loan applications from application through closing Advising clients on loan products and credit options appropriate to their needs Reviewing financial information, credit histories, and supporting documentation Coordinating with underwriting and acting as liaison between borrower and internal departments Performing due diligence throughout the lending process Supporting business development efforts and participating in community involvement Monitoring loan performance and assisting with delinquency management when needed Staying current on loan policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial sales or lending role within banking or mortgage services. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly. Basic math skills including 10-key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and calculations. Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and creditworthiness in commercial lending scenarios. Experience with loan origination processes, loan processing, and loan servicing operations is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
