Job Description

Dominion Title Services is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer . This position will be responsible for developing relationships with Real Estate Agents, conducting the Real Estate closing and managing the closing file.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Real Estate Closing Prepare Prelim and Final CD Prepare closing packages for closing Conduct Closings Fund all Refinance and Purchase transaction Effectively Communicate time sensitive information to the customers during the life of the transaction Manage customer requests and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2+ years Real Estate industry experience, Title Industry experience preferred.

Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
