What You'll Do Sales & Business Development Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects through direct outreach, referrals, and centers of influence Actively build a portfolio of C&I and/or CRE relationships within the local market Originate & Structure Loans Structure and originate commercial loan transactions including: Working capital lines Term loans Owner-occupied and investment real estate Partner with credit to move deals efficiently through approval Build Full Relationships Deliver comprehensive banking solutions including: Lending Deposits Treasury management Deepen relationships by identifying opportunities across the full client balance sheet Relationship Management Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial clients Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives Market Development Build strong local market presence through networking and community involvement Stay informed on market trends, industry activity, and competitive landscape Production Expectations Target annual production of ~$8MM-$10MM+ , depending on portfolio mix Deposits are an important component of relationship development and overall performance Emphasis on building balanced, long-term client relationships , not just transactional production What We're Looking For 5-10+ years of experience in commercial banking or business development Background in C&I and/or CRE lending Proven ability to generate new business and grow a commercial portfolio Strong understanding of credit and deal structuring Relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term client success Team-oriented with strong internal collaboration skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to building a book What We Offer Competitive Compensation & Benefits Base salary aligned with experience Incentive plan tied to production and relationship growth Additional benefits may include: 401(k) Profit sharing Comprehensive health benefits
