  • Pay is dependent on experience and education, with the top of the range reflecting someone who has had 10+ years of experience holding a position of similar title, duties, and within the finance industry.
Variable Incentive Pay /
Merit:
This position is eligible for variable incentive pay based on individual and credit union performance. In addition, the position is also eligible for merit-based pay adjustments after the completion of one year of service, based on personal performance. Position Summary Monitors and follows up existing loan relationships to ensure the timely receipt of periodic reporting requirements. Ensures all loan documentation is accurate and complete. Understands the complexity associated with customized documents. Manages business credit files to ensure information on accounts complies with all appropriate laws and regulations. Ensures accurate assembly, input, and maintenance of share and loan information in the appropriate computer software. Update and monitor software systems to ensure appropriate collection of needed documents for individual member business relationships. Ensures adequacy of supplies, especially LaserPro doc sets. May attest to contracts and vendor relationships affecting the BS RC.
Examples include:
LaserPro, Mountainseed, IN Secretary of State, Mercury, various title companies, and approved appraisers. Tasked for special group projects involving Resource Center upgrades, which presently include OnBase and Sageworks enhancements, and Fiserv service review. Point of contact for NCUA and auditors for operational aspects of business lending during periodic examinations. Responsible for overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly workflow of the Business Services Center.. Empowered decision-maker for most matters affecting BSC roles and responsibilities that do not require mine or other Resource Center Lead ratification. Knowledge Requirements Ability to gather and analyze financial data. Excellent attention to detail. Thorough understanding of loan documentation issues and procedures. Working knowledge of commercial lending services and related areas. Proficiency with MS Office and internal software applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Able to manage a diverse workload. Adhere to all federal, state, and credit union regulations and policies. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferred 3-5 years of Commercial-related experience, preferred Work Environment & Physical Effort Required Normal Core Values Commitment
