Responsibilities:
Transaction Management Manage residential and commercial title transactions from opening through funding and closing Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions accurately and efficiently Review title commitments and work to resolve title issues and curative matters Prepare escrow and closing documentation while maintaining compliance standards Coordinate closing schedules with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys as needed Conduct closings and oversee final disbursement of funds Ensure accurate file maintenance and timely completion of all closing requirements Client & Partner Experience Deliver a high-level customer experience throughout the transaction process Serve as a trusted resource for real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Communicate proactively to ensure all parties remain informed and supported Build long-term relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and industry professionals Participate in agent events, trainings, networking opportunities, and company initiatives Conduct proactive outreach to local real estate professionals and referral partners Position yourself as the go-to title expert in your market Compliance & Quality Control Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Ensure files are processed accurately, securely, and within required timelines
Qualifications:
3+ years of escrow and/or title industry experience Strong understanding of the full closing process from opening through funding and closing Active Notary Public Experience managing multiple residential and commercial transactions simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Comfortable building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Proactive and confident in business development activities, including outreach and networking with industry professionals Ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented office environment Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) Experience with title and escrow software systems; Qualia experience or certification is a plus Existing relationships within the Lexington real estate community are a plus Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service About Company The Surefire Group is a nationally recognized, veteran-owned company dedicated to helping real estate professionals grow their businesses and deliver exceptional client experiences.
