A Mortgage Loan Officer assists customers who apply for loans, and solicits loan applications on behalf of a bank, mortgage broker or credit union. Provides information on types of loans available, gathers financial and credit information needed to evaluate loan applications; guides the application and approval process. May partner with real estate agents to offer financing information to potential home buyers. May sell mortgage loans on commission.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Mortgage Releases:
Draft all state-specific mortgage releases and other loan documents, proofreading for accuracy. Request any missing documents and ensure any corrections are made.Quality Control:
Review Construction/Loan documents for accuracy. Update company database with any requirements. Continually monitor database for uploaded corrections and maintain communication with Design Centers regarding all required closing documents.Customer Service:
Perform front office duties, allowing daily breaks for the receptionist and provide regular assistance with answering incoming calls.General Administrative Tasks:
Perform tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.Organization:
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.Support:
Provide administrative support to other UBH employees by completing various administrative tasks.Other Duties:
Perform additional duties as assigned.What we offer:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or comparable position is requiredSkills:
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; complete data entry and drafting tasks using accurate grammar and spelling; ability to build and maintain rapport with customers and coworkers, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyEducation:
