WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Responsible for developing and maintaining business member relationships and identifying opportunities for growth within the communities the credit union serves. Leverages business network to create profitable relationships with business members by originating commercial loans, cross-selling products and generating deposits. Works with internal stakeholders to optimize the business member experience by filling the members needs and providing the highest level of service. Engages in community events to help strengthen business network. Works with the VP of Business Services and Director of Commercial Relationships to provide recommendations for improvement and help set the vision for growth.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
One to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order. Strong leadership skills. Excellent financial analysis abilities. Solid communication and negotiation abilities. Strong public relations skills. Able to use all related computer applications and business machines. Strong organizational ability.
