Hourly (DOE)SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Origination Support Specialist (LOA) will be organized with a strong attention to detail. This individual is expected to exercise significant initiative in the performance of all assigned duties.PRIMARY POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Loan Officer in general administrative and clerical duties; Obtain loan documentation once loan application is received and ensure all documentation is completed accurately for Loan Officer to proceed to the next phase of processing; Schedule appointments, meetings, lunches, and etc. for the Loan Officer and clients; Assist with branch marketing efforts to generate leads; Complete other duties as assigned.ESSESTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills; Must be dependable with meeting deadlines and managing time; Have an ability to work independently on multiple files simultaneously; Possess strong oral and written communication skillsPREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry;REPORTING TO THIS POSITION
No direct reportsPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENT
