$40,000 base salary + bonus per completed application About the Role Bolt Home Loans is hiring Loan Officer Associates to support our growing mortgage sales team. This is a high-activity, phone-based role built for sharp, competitive people who can create momentum, connect with borrowers, and help move qualified prospects into the loan process. You will work directly with licensed Loan Officers, follow up with leads, make outbound calls, gather basic borrower interest, and help drive completed mortgage applications. This is a front-line sales support position inside a fast-moving mortgage brokerage. What You'll Do As a Loan Officer Associate, you will: Make outbound calls to prospective borrowers Follow up with company-provided leads Build rapport quickly and professionally Identify borrowers who may be interested in refinancing or purchasing Transfer qualified conversations to licensed Loan Officers Help borrowers start the mortgage application process Track calls, conversations, follow-ups, and application activity Work closely with the loan officer to create more opportunities Learn the mortgage business from experienced loan professionals Compensation This role pays: $40,000 annual base salary Plus discretionary bonus per completed mortgage application The better you perform, the more applications you help generate, and the more upside you create for yourself and the team.
