Description Mortgage Loan Officer Commission-based role (average salary $60-$100k) + bonuses and incentives Onsite position Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Birmingham, MI. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in selecting and obtaining suitable mortgage products, guide them through the loan application process, and evaluate financial information to assess eligibility. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Qualifications Experience in Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending Familiarity with the Mortgage Industry and expertise in Underwriting Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to establish and maintain client relationships Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Knowledge of loan products, compliance regulations, and financial documents Experience in the use of loan origination software and relevant financial tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain one is required
