We're hiring a driven salesperson to grow into a Mortgage Loan Officer at Pure One Mortgage in the Burton / Flint area. If you've succeeded in any kind of sales (retail, phone, auto, insurance, real estate, finance, etc.), we want to talk to you. We advise, guide, and empower people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. If you're hungry, coachable, and relationship-focused, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do Build and manage client relationships Source, originate, and process home loans Guide borrowers through the home-buying and refinance process Explain loan programs & options clearly and confidently Work with lenders and underwriting to secure approvals Solve problems, negotiate terms, and deliver amazing service Maintain accurate files & follow compliance guidelines (training provided) Work a mix of warm inbound leads (from marketing, referrals, and past clients) and outbound prospecting No door-to-door lists: we focus on relationship-based selling What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months) You're consistently on the phone, texting, and meeting with prospects You're building a pipeline of deals instead of chasing one-offs You're hitting agreed-upon activity goals (calls, appointments, applications) You're developing relationships with realtors, past clients, and referral partners Realistic potential to earn six figures in first year What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (any industry) Strong communicator & relationship-builder Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated Ethical and client-first: you win by doing right for clients Excited to learn mortgage lending & finance Comfortable with technology (CRM, email, text, digital applications) Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
- we train industry related knowledge. Compensation Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential Realistic first-year earnings: $40,000
- 100,000+ depending on effort and performance Established producers can earn $150,000
