Key Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance transactions. Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing. Manage and convert company-provided leads while building long-term client relationships. Analyze borrower financial information and recommend appropriate loan products. Collect, review, and submit required documentation accurately and timely. Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions. Consistently achieve production and customer service goals. Qualifications Active NMLS License required. Proven experience originating residential mortgage loans. Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with high professional standards.
