In this vital role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and finalizing vehicle deals before they are booked, ensuring everything is accurate — from deal structure and commissions to profit analysis and backend products. If you're organized, comfortable with numbers, and understand how dealership accounting works, this is your chance to play a key part in our success.
What You'll Do Review & Finalize Deals:
Verify deal jackets for accuracy, including pricing, commissions, trade values, and finance products.
Gross Profit Analysis:
Ensure proper gross is booked on each deal in line with dealership expectations.
Costing Process:
Apply all costs (vehicle, packs, warranties, accessories, etc.) and confirm the final structure matches approved deal worksheets.
Compliance Checks:
Ensure deals meet compliance standards — including signatures, disclosures, and proper documentation.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with sales managers, F&I, and accounting to clarify and resolve deal discrepancies.
Manage Cancellations:
Handle the processing of finance product cancellations, verifying documentation and updating account balances accordingly.
Reporting & Support:
Assist with daily and weekly deal flow tracking and reporting to leadership. Qualifications Experience 1-3 years in a dealership office or F&I support role Familiarity with deal jackets, DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid understanding of deal structure and profitabili Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
