We currently have 7 sources of leads which consist of 4 outbound lead types AND 3 inbound lead types. At Expert Mortgage Lending , we're committed to service before profit. As a Loan Officer Assistant you'll be an essential part of the mortgage process, working alongside our top Loan Officers and Managers to guide borrowers to their desired goal. You are the most important part because you initiate the entire process.

Additionally:

you are NOT required to have a license to do this job. We will provide you with a direct path to acquiring a license through our in-house training program.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with borrowers, assisting them through the mortgage process Support Loan Officers with structuring and processing loan applications Gather necessary documentation and ensure smooth transactions Build relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business Collaborate with sales and processing teams to ensure a timely closing
