We're actively seeking motivated, self-driven Mortgage Loan Officers who want to grow, close more loans, and take full ownership of their success. What You'll Do Originate and structure residential mortgage loans while guiding borrowers through the process from application to closing Educate clients on loan options and programs, ensuring compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) and regulatory guidelines Analyze credit reports, income, assets, and financial documentation to determine eligibility and risk Prepare, review, and submit loan applications, disclosures, and supporting documentation in compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations Work closely with processors, underwriters, escrow officers, and title companies to ensure smooth and timely closings Manage and grow your personal pipeline using mortgage and CRM software Build strong referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and past clients Deliver a high-touch client experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism What We're Looking For Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in mortgage origination/financial services Solid understanding of FNMA guidelines, underwriting standards, and compliance requirements Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Comfort using mortgage technology and loan origination software Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to produce and grow Why Loanville? 100% Commission-Based Pay
