We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Loan Officer . This is an in-office position that will be primarily based out of our Woodbury corporate office with coverage at our smaller branch locations as needed. In addition, this role may require travel to other offices or locations to assist members, provide training or conduct community-based events. Training for this role will take place at our Woodbury corporate office and our North Saint Paul office. Qualified candidates must have the following:
Experience :
Three to five years of similar or related experience. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originators registration number.
Education:
Equivalent to a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. This individual will be responsible for assisting members with their mortgage lending needs, establishing and building both internal and external relationships as well as assisting the Sales Manager with development and implementation of sales strategies. The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM with a half hour lunch and other hours on evenings and weekends to meet client needs. This is a Grade Level 9
- Non-Exempt, Full-time, Hourly position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $27.72
- $29.
45 per hour plus a monthly incentive upon achieving sales targets. Excellent benefits including health/dental insurance, personal leave, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and retirement.
