Job Description
Job Responsibilities Business Development & Sales :
Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial advisors, attorneys, and other referral partners. Generate new business through networking, community involvement, marketing, and prospecting. Maintain an active database of past clients and referral partners to generate repeat and referral business.Client Consultation :
Meet with prospective borrowers to evaluate financial goals and recommend mortgage solutions. Educate clients on loan programs, rates, closing costs, and the financing process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from application to closing.Loan Origination:
Collect borrower documentation. Structure loan scenarios that meet lending guidelines. Submit complete and compliant loan applications.Pipeline Management:
Manage an active pipeline while communicating proactively with borrowers, Realtors, processors, title companies, and underwriters to ensure timely closings.Marketing & Brand Growth:
Represent PrimeSource professionally through networking, community events, open houses, educational seminars, and social media.Compliance & Professional Standards:
Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, regulations, and ensure every file meets company and investor standards. Qualifications Skills & Competencies- Ability to obtain NMLS licensing before employment begins.
