Job Overview Be-Easy Bail Bonds is seeking dependable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team as Bail Bond Agents / Office & Payment Specialists . No previous bail bond experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. This is not strictly a sales position. Our agents are responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the bail bond office during their assigned shifts, including customer service, payment processing, client files, case management, court-date tracking, collections, and general office administration. We are transitioning our agents to an hourly, shift-based staffing model . Employees must be dependable, punctual, organized, and capable of managing their assigned responsibilities without constant supervision. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Bail Bonding Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries. Assist walk-in customers. Explain the bail bond process professionally and clearly. Complete client and defendant intake. Assist with bail bond applications and required paperwork. Obtain identification and supporting documentation. Maintain professional communication with defendants and indemnitors. Assist licensed agents with posting bonds and related activities. Provide excellent customer service during stressful situations. Office & Case Management Create and maintain complete client files. Keep physical and electronic files accurate and organized. Scan and upload paperwork into company systems. Review existing files for missing documents or information. Maintain detailed notes regarding client interactions. Track active cases and upcoming court dates. Update client and defendant information as necessary. Maintain confidentiality of client and case information. Ensure assigned files are complete before the end of each shift. Payments & Collections Accept and accurately process customer payments. Provide receipts and maintain payment records. Monitor scheduled payment plans. Contact customers regarding upcoming and past-due payments. Send payment reminders by telephone, text, and email. Document all collection attempts. Escalate seriously delinquent accounts to management. Balance assigned cash/payment activity when required. Court & Compliance Responsibilities Monitor upcoming defendant court dates. Send court-date reminders. Verify court appearances when assigned. Immediately report missed court appearances or potential forfeitures. Assist management with maintaining forfeiture and compliance records. Follow company procedures regarding defendants who fail to comply with bond requirements. General Office Responsibilities All agents share responsibility for maintaining the office during their assigned shift.
Duties may include:
Opening and closing the office. Maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Processing incoming paperwork and mail. Filing and scanning documents. Completing shift reports. Reviewing outstanding tasks from the previous shift. Communicating unresolved matters to the incoming shift. Maintaining office supplies. Completing administrative projects assigned by management. Schedule This is an hourly, shift-based position . Candidates must be willing to work scheduled shifts that may include: Days Evenings Weekends Some holidays Rotating schedules as required by business needs Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position.
