Mortgage Loan Officer Lake Norman/Hickory Markets Peoples Bank United States, North Carolina, ton Jun 11, 2026 Description The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for developing relationships, originating new and refinanced mortgage loans from Realtors, builders, and existing and potential customers ensuring customers receive personalized, high-quality service. This role requires a strong background in originating secondary market quality mortgage loans or other lending experience.
Qualifications Required Education/Knowledge:
High school graduate or equivalent Extensive knowledge of mortgage origination and credit General knowledge of all areas of mortgage related products
Required Experience:
Experience in originating secondary market quality loans Past retail or business lending experience
Required Skills:
Strong human relations skills Effective communications skills PC and Technology skills Analytical skills
