Location:

Raleigh, NC - North Raleigh (Six Forks area), In Office.

Compensation:

Approximately $17-$24 / hour (depending on experience), with high opportunity to advance.

In-Office Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Loan Assistant to support the operational side of our investment real estate mortgage business. This role is strictly focused on ensuring loan files move from application to closing with total accuracy. If you are highly organized and thrive on checklists and deadlines, this is the role for you.

File Management:

Coordinate the collection of borrower documents, including LLC paperwork, bank statements, and property info.

Pipeline Tracking:

Monitor loan milestones and ensure all third-party items (appraisals, title work, insurance) are ordered and received on time.

Communication:

Act as the liaison between the loan officer, the borrower, and the closer to ensure surety of close experience. Consistent and constant communication with all parties in a loan is essential.

Data Entry:

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and loan systems to ensure real-time reporting.

Requirements:

Attention to Detail, Relentless Follow-Up, High Sense of Urgency.

Reliability:

This is an in-office role in the Six Forks area; with consistent interaction with loan officer.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new loan software quickly.
