The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the mortgage process, including evaluating loan applications, guiding borrowers through available options, and facilitating communication with underwriters, lenders, and other external partners. You will be tasked with maintaining updated knowledge of loan guidelines and regulations and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.

QualificationsExperience in Loan Origination and Mortgage LendingKnowledge of Underwriting and Loans processesStrong communication, client service, and organizational skillsProficiency with mortgage software tools and compliance standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentState licensing for mortgage origination in NH and VT is required
