Salary:

$110,000+ (based on experience and qualifications) Minimum 10+ years of relevant lending/credit of experience ※ The role requires a candidate with strong leadership capabilities, solid credit and underwriting expertise, and hands-on experience in loan operations and team management. ※ Given the nature of the bank's client base and business environment, candidates with experience serving Korean-American clients or familiarity with Korean language and culture would be highly preferred. ※• Seeking candidates with proven experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, and team leadership within a banking environment.• ※※※→

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

←※※※ Oversee commercial loan portfolio management, including credit review for new, renewal, and modification requests Conduct preliminary credit assessments and support the credit approval process Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring covenant compliance and appropriate risk ratings Support lending staff in underwriting, structuring, and loan-related decision-making Develop and execute business strategies for the Loan Center in coordination with senior management Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities Coordinate with internal departments such as Loan Operations, Credit Administration, and branches Manage and develop lending staff, including training and performance oversight Stay informed on market trends and maintain relationships within the local lending community
