Job Duties for Commercial Escrow Officer include: Review and understand purchase agreement and title commitment to determine necessary requirements for closing Obtain all payoffs, bills, and other conditions required for closing Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction to coordinate the closing Prepare real estate closing documents Collaborate with lender on Closing Disclosure preparation Develop and maintain good customer relationships
