Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Processor with strong organizational skills to join our real estate title agency. In this vital role, you will manage multiple files involving refinance or sale of real estate, from contract signing through to closing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of escrow funds related to sale and mortgage transactions. Your expertise will support compliance with federal and state regulations, accurate and timely handling of escrow funds, and creating necessary documents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist consumers with one of the biggest emotional and financial investments of their lives. Duties Process and review escrow account documentation, ensuring accuracy in purchases or refinances and adherence to contract requirements. Coordinate by telephone and electronically with loan officers, real estate agents and clients to facilitate smooth escrow transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly. Manage escrow disbursements required by contract or lender for each file. Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions, loan documentation, and client communications to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Strong commitment to friendly customer service. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and escrow management. Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction within a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to escrow funding and disbursements. Prior experience in a title agency or bank lending department is desirable.
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
