Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele Participation in various community and public events Consistent execution of policies and procedures Extraordinary customer service at all times Outside business development calls required Assist with other job related duties and special projects as requested Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer preferred Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Knowledge of loan processing/collection software required Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications Obtain and develop Consumer/Real Estate loan portfolio Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Excellent organizational skills Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the jobPREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree preferred but not requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
