The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, enjoys working with clients, and is driven to meet tight deadlines. A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
  • Complete Order Entry for recording documents that are received from clients.
  • Recording title documents in a team environment.
  • Perform quality checks on documents prior to recording.
  • Submit documents to counties for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail.
  • Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities Enter order for recording purpooses. Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents prior to recording. Submit documents to counties, for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail. Utilize UPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 -2 years' experience working in an office environment.
  • 1-2 years' experience recording deed preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
  • Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.
