Requirements •Florida Bail License (Required)•Responsibilities Actively promote and sell bail bonds to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of using our service. Assess client needs and provide detailed information on bond options, including terms and conditions Process bond applications accurately using financial software and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contractual obligations Maintain thorough records of transactions, client interactions, and bond agreements, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with legal teams, courts, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth bond issuance and collections when necessary Conduct basic math calculations to determine bond amounts, premiums, and payment plans efficiently Stay updated on industry regulations, including contracts and loan processing procedures, to provide accurate guidance Excellent communication skills to clearly explain bond terms and answer client questions confidently Proficiency with financial software applications and the ability to perform 10-key typing quickly and accurately Basic math skills for calculating bond amounts, premiums, and payment schedules Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and integrity Join us if you're passionate about helping people navigate the complex processes with energy and transparency.
