This role owns meaningful responsibility before, during and after closing: preparing and balancing files, coordinating with lenders and Realtors, using the right resources to resolve issues, conducting an organized and celebratory closing, and helping carry the transaction through disbursement and completion. You do not need to know every answer alone. You do need to recognize problems, take ownership, use underwriters, internal expertise, technology and lender instructions intelligently, and carry solutions through.
