Responsibilities Meeting with current and prospective real estate agents in a light sales representative role. Speaking in front of real estate professionals in a sales meeting environment to promote the company and discuss trending title insurance topics. Manage the escrow process from initiation to closing, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications through our secure platform. Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to closing costs and other financial aspects of the transaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in escrow processing or related fields such as loan processing or as a loan officer. Strong understanding of title insurance and its underwriting principles. Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Basic math proficiency is essential for performing necessary calculations accurately.
