Full-Time Are you a skilled and driven loan officer eager for an exciting opportunity? Our partner, Village Capital, is on the hunt for 10 Licensed Loan Officers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll handle the refinancing of 20 or more loans per month, playing a key part in our mission to deliver top-notch financial solutions at high volumes. At Village Capital, our robust support systems and streamlined processes are designed to boost your closing rates, simplify your workflow, and maximize your earnings!

Key Responsibilities:

Refinance 20+ loans per month Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the refinancing process Maintain and manage a pipeline of loan applications Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

Must be NMLS licensed

Pay:

First 90 days: $20 an hour + commissions while you build your books After 90 days: hourly + commission ($15 an hour + $300 per loan) or $600 a loan + a tiered volume bonus How to
