Job Description
We are looking for a hungry, high-performing Loan Officer who knows how to close deals and build relationships. This is not a typical W-2, slow-paced mortgage role — this is a fast-moving, deal-driven environment working with real estate investors, distressed property owners, and unique financing scenarios. If you understand creative financing, no-seasoning loans, DSCR, or hard money , this role will allow you to scale quickly and earn aggressively. What You'll Be Doing Originate and close residential and investment property loans Work with: Real estate investors Homeowners in pre-foreclosure Clients needing creative financing solutions Structure deals including: Cash-out refinances No seasoning loans DSCR loans Hard money / bridge loans Maintain relationships with lenders and brokers Pre-qualify borrowers and guide them through loan options Work closely with our internal acquisitions and operations team Manage pipeline from lead → approval → funding What We're Looking For Active NMLS License (Required or in process) Experience in: Mortgage lending OR hard money lending Investment property financing (preferred) Strong understanding of: Credit, income, and asset qualification Loan structuring and underwriting basics Ability to close deals and move fast Strong communication and sales ability Self-starter mindset — this is a performance role Compensation & Perks Uncapped commissions (high-ticket deal flow) Access to warm leads + internal deal pipeline Opportunity to work on high-value investor transactions Fast growth into leadership or management roles Flexible / remote work environment Why This Role Is Different We generate consistent deal flow (not just cold leads) You'll work on creative and high-margin deals Direct access to real estate opportunities + investor network Ability to scale income quickly based on performance
