COMPENSATION

Base salary (negotiable) plus commission based on a percentage of loan amount. Commission varies by business source for example: Company-generated refinance: 35 bps ($1,050 on a $300,000 loan) Self-generated purchase client: 75 bps ($2,250 on a $300,000 loan) In-between categories fall within that range

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want attitude more than aptitude. We can teach you how to help clients. We cannot teach you to have grit. We cannot want it more than you want success for yourself. Our job is to give you the tools and then get out of the way so you can get after it. The keys to success are excellent organizational skills and being comfortable saying, "I don't know, but is it ok if I go hunt down the answer and call you back in 15 minutes?"

HOW YOU'LL GET STARTED

We'll pay for your NMLS license before your start date. We'll give you the technology, tools, and training. We also pay a base salary so you can focus on learning, not on whether you can cover rent. As you work through training, inbound company leads will flow to you. Your goal is to build a base of 100 households — defined as someone who has authorized a credit pull. Since not every inquiry gets that far, you'll work with more contacts than that along the way. Once you've built that base, you grow your own book through referrals and self-generated business.

One of our newer Loan Consultants joined us seven months ago. In February alone, he closed 11 loans totaling $3.36 million in volume. His commission check for the month: $13,115.50, arriving mid-March. WHERE AND HOW YOU'LL WORK

Accunet HQ is in Waukesha, north of I-94 off Hwy F. As you begin, the best way to learn is to be in the office soaking up as much as you can. But we mean hybrid when we say hybrid. We don't babysit people. If you have a doctor's appointment at 3pm, do it. If your kid is sick and at home, good by us. We have sick kids from time to time as well, just like all normal family people.
