Just a straightforward approach focused on: Serving clients exceptionally well Building Realtor relationships Creating clients for life Growing together as a team Competitive Compensation 2.5% compensation on self-generated loans (some lender exceptions apply) $2,000 flat fee per funded personal loan 30% of net revenue on company-generated opportunities Contract processors available to assist with your files Flexible schedule Hybrid remote work environment Arive LOS platform Responsibilities Originate residential mortgage loans Guide borrowers through the loan process with professionalism and care Analyze loan applications and recommend appropriate financing solutions Build relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and past clients Maintain accurate and compliant loan files Work closely with processors and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth closing experience Consistently develop and maintain referral partnerships Qualifications Experienced Loan Officers Active MLO License Mortgage origination experience preferred Ability to independently manage and grow a pipeline Newly Licensed Loan Officers Active MLO License Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Coachable and self-motivated Preferred Experience Mortgage Origination Fair Housing Regulations Sales and Business Development Customer Service Who Thrives Here?
