Full-Time / Contract Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating residential and/or commercial mortgage loans, building relationships with clients, and guiding borrowers through the loan application process from start to closing. Requirements Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or loan origination Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to generate leads and build client relationships Experience working with: Conventional Loans FHA Loans VA Loans Construction Loans (preferred) Investment Property Loans (preferred) Responsibilities Originate and manage mortgage loan applications Analyze borrower financial information and documentation Educate clients on available loan products and financing options Maintain communication with borrowers, processors, underwriters, and closing teams Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations Develop referral networks with: Realtors Developers Contractors Investors Meet monthly production and performance goals Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience with NMLS systems Existing realtor or investor network is a plus Experience in construction or real estate financing preferred Compensation Competitive commission structure Performance bonuses available Growth opportunities within the company How to Apply Please submit:
