This position is responsible for selling mortgage loan products and services to residential mortgage clients. Full-time, reports to Branch Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesBe organized and manage own scheduleBe accessible to clients and team members and return calls same daySolicit required documentation from applicantsAccurately analyze complex financial statementsAdvise and recommend to clients regarding various mortgage loan products based on their individual circumstancesReview interest rates as needed and lock all loans with borrowers in accordance with secondary marketing pricing and rate lock policies and proceduresBuild rapport and maintain open lines of communication with prospective/current clients, builders, realtors, and title agents and provide outstanding customer serviceProvide prequalification letters in accordance with regulatory requirementsMeet or exceed established sales goals as determined by branch managerParticipate in weekly pipeline meetings with processorsAssist loan processing and closing departments to facilitate accurate and expeditious processing and closing of loans RequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat, navigating the internet, and generally tech savvyDemonstrated track record of effective, proactive, and precise verbal and written communicationDetail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize, multi-task, manage time, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentSelf starter willing to take initiative and be resourceful in identifying and owning issues and producing effective resultsStrong mathematical and analytical abilitiesGood judgment and the ability to handle confidential informationProfessional, friendly, courteous, positive, collaborative, and client-centric spirit that embraces diversity and inclusionLoanPeople is an equal employment opportunity employer.
