Commercial Specialist I Extraco Banks, N.A. - 3.9 Bryan, TX Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Productivity software Full Job Description Extraco Banks is seeking a Commercial Specialist to join our team to assist lending officers with processing, documenting and servicing consumer, commercial and real estate loans. Responsibilities and Duties In support of designated lending officer(s), provides a superior customer experience to both commercial and affluent professional customers. Supports designated lending officer(s) in the pursuit of commercial loan production. Supports designated lending officer(s) portfolio of business and relationships, calling efforts, marketing, and referral efforts. Understands Extraco business banking strategies. Familiar with a wide variety of lending procedures. Collection, preparation and packaging of all commercial loan documentation. Assure accurate reporting/tracking of all commercial loan documentation. Administrative support of accurate commercial credit and collateral documentation. Obtains necessary information to process and complete loan files. Examines documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing Extraco loan policies and procedures, bank policies and all applicable laws and regulations. In support lending functions, adheres to fair lending guidelines and the Community Reinvestment Act.

Education :

High School graduate, some college preferred.

Requirements:

Minimum two years banking or clerical experience in a financial institution. Two years lending experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong knowledge of financial products both traditional bank and non-traditional financial group product lines. Knowledge of banking regulations is a plus.
