A Typical Day The First Vice President Servicing Loan Administration is responsible for directing all aspects of the administration of loan servicing functions to meet the organization's operating and strategic needs. The First VP Servicing Loan Administration will : Direct Distribution activities for Servicing function, including mailroom operations, loan file storage and office equipment maintenance Oversee Document Release administration activities in accordance with regulatory and performance standards Ensure appropriate management of Documents as it relates to collateral and credit file activity Be responsible for the automated and manual boarding of all types of Real Estate Loans Conduct loan level review to verify data integrity and take necessary and appropriate corrective action; prepare and maintain written reports to communicate findings and results to Management Research out of balance scenarios and perform required corrective action Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience Practical understanding of Loan Origination & Servicing software, Database software; Development software; Internet software; Project Management software Conversant with technical and critical components of Loan Servicing activities Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home. Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below: Lower in range- Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range
- Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range
- Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. Salary $95,000
