Location:
On- site Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer with a strong background in title and closing services. Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in title, escrow, and closing operations. A current Escrow Officer license is preferred; however, candidates may obtain their license within 6 months of employment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the full closing process
- Explain closing procedures and documentation to all parties involved
- Collect necessary signatures and ensure all completed documents are delivered to the appropriate parties
- Collaborate closely with Title and Closing personnel to coordinate required closing documents
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance throughout the closing transaction Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of title and closing services experience
- Licensed Escrow Officer preferred
- If not licensed, must be able to obtain Escrow Officer license within 6 months
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer
- service skills
