El Paso, TX Job Details Full-time $19.81 - $24.76 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Closing coordination Mortgage closing and funding High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Responsible for providing administrative support for mortgage loan closing activities. Reviews closing documents and reports, schedules closing appointments with title companies, and assists members with questions. Performs loan closing and underwriting conditions audit. Ensures pre-closing and closing documents are complete. Facilitates loan funding and ensures executed loans are transferred to the loan servicing area. Provides support to mortgage operations personnel and distributes loan files to related departments within the credit union.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Two (2) years of mortgage loan closing.
